While name searches are usually free, obtaining paper copies of documents incurs a $1.00 fee per page, while certified copies are charged at $10.00 per page.
Bergen County Courts
The Bergen County court system consists of Superior, Surrogate, and Municipal Courts. The Superior Court has several divisions that handle cases based on their types.
